Great overall experience! I cannot say enough about Jordan and his professionalism. He explained everything clearly to us through the entire process and allowed us to worry about just getting back to normal after my husband's accident. He always kept us informed of what was going on and what to expect. He was prompt in returning any and all emails and phone calls and answering any of the questions we had along the way. While other "big box" firms place you on hold and shuffle you around to various personnel, we were made to feel like family here. Through Jordan's dogged efforts and clever thinking, we had the best possible outcome. I also have to say that Debra was incredible as well. She was the first person I spoke to after my husband's accident and her assurance and calm were amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend this firm!

In one of my most difficult experiences, only the fact being arrested for the very first time. I was tremendously lost, what's next after booking & my release.
