I contacted Mr Gufford about a medical provider issue. He spent a good bit of time listening and getting all of the information needed. He then gave me suggestions to help us out. To date we have not proceeded with the next steps in this matter, but he was kind and knowledgeable and did not even charge for his time.

I retained Joe for my divorce. My exwife was trying to relocate across the country with my young child. Bottom line, she is now staying in Florida the next 14 years, I have 50-50 custody of my child now, and I am finally free of the ex. Joe and his staff(Cheryl on my case) will treat you with respect, be upfront and honest with you about everything, and keep you up to date on everything going on. Even during Covid, my case from start to finish only took about 10 months to be completely finalized. Before you go with anyone else, meet with Joe and see for yourself. Joe is the way to go! I scheduled a consultation with this lawyer. Although the firm did not take my case I have a lot of respect for this firm. I thought I had a lot of evidence but at the time it wasn’t enough. I didn’t understand and got rid of my previous attorney. Now I do understand the points. They didn’t just say okay I’m going to take this consultation without looking at the court dockets. This leads me to believe this is a very honest firm, which I appreciate. I wish I could have had this firm but I am very thankful for the attorney that did take my case.
