Mr. Gufford was happy to speak with me about my case whenever I wanted. Mr. Gufford and his team resolved my case as quickly as possible so I could move on with my life. Hiring Mr. Gufford was one of the best decisions I ever made. I had a very messy and complicated problem that was not getting resolved. Worse, it seemed like nobody even cared. Calling Mr. Gufford was basically a last resort Hail Mary. These guys, including Cheryl and Deanna, put in the work. They care enough to put forth effort that you had no idea a law firm could, or would. Not to be overly dramatic, but hiring Joe was practically a life changing even. The peace of mind knowing you’re actually going to be represented with your best interests at heart. It’s difficult to describe the peace of mind that I have right now, after living in the twilight zone for so long. These guys are tops. I can’t recommend them enough.

Mr. Gufford represented me in a Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement case in which I am greatly satisfied with the services of the firm. Both Mr. Gufford and Donna Milano worked very closely with me to obtain the desired outcome. I was over 100K in arrears and the DOR had suspended my drivers license. Mr. Gufford and his staff got right to work on my case to get my drivers license reinstated. I am a disabled veteran and my income was extremely low. At the hearing Mr. Gufford, was much more prepared than the DOR's attorney. He did an amazing examination and cross examination and showed the Court the pertinent case law on the subject. DOR was clearly not prepared and asked me numerous questions that were not relevant to the issues pending before the court. Mr. Gufford objected multiple times and his objections were sustained. The DOR lawyer objected to much of the testimony my lawyer put on. Mr. Gufford responded to the objections and DOR's objections were overruled. I highly recommend The Gufford Law Firm if you have any family law/child support cases, especially cases involving child support and The Department of Revenue.

Joe and his office were absolutely supportive and very commandeering with guidance and legal explanation. They are always available when I needed them and held my hand through what is an outrageously complicated legal process. If I ever had to do this again I would seek Joe's law firm out again but let's hope this never happens again.
