My journey with attorney Lance Richard starts like most stories someone hears about or experiences with the criminal justice system. The feelings of being stuck in life, lost from any freedom, dissolving chances of any retribution, and distrust of due process. Upon meeting attorney Lance Richard for the first time those overwhelming feelings quickly faded and I confidently regained any sense of hope I really felt that I no longer had for myself and my future. This is because my case was extremely serious - not just in my eyes or for my own life, but for my family and close friends. The consequences for my case could have easily affected the next decade of my life or longer. This is all taken into account even with current struggles with drug rehabilitation, Covid-19 pandemic; employment and financial issues, and mental health - anxiety and depression. All of these in addition to legal trouble leans heavily towards breaking a person down rather than making them. I can without doubt in my mind conclude that I would not be here today with the ability to redeem myself if attorney Lance Richard had not fought hard for my case. Solely stating that Attorney Lance Richard fought hard for my case and that he would do the same for anyone caught in my predicament would by far be an understatement. This is a man who saved my life. I would also be remiss to not thank his wonderful and professional staff, especially Arianne, for all of their help and guidance.

I was seriously injured by a drunk driver. I wasn't sure what to do so I contacted another lawyer who recommended I speak to Lance's law firm. I had heard great things about Lance from other friends who he represented. Everyone in his office is really great and they fought really hard to get me a great settlement. Money that will change my life. I can't say enough about Lance, his staff, and how hard they fought to compensate me for my injuries. After this experience I would never hire anyone else and I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a great lawyer!

Not much experience with lawyers but Lance recently represented my father in a case and words can’t express how happy and grateful we are! I have known Lance Richards for 15 years now, he is the only Lawyer I have ever used (other than one for a real estate sale) He is honest careful an DOES EXACTLY WHAT HE SAYS HE WILL.....I had a horrible one car wreck, a Corvette I was to service spun out on me in the rain an broke my neck. My hospital bill was enormous plus bout 6 thousand dollars not cover by Medicare, I had to pay out for broken teeth an some other follow up stuff, Lance and his AMAZING staff got involved, one car wrecks are really hard to sue over or get more than the car owners or my insurance is willing to pay for personal injury claims.....Lance was not deterred, and it took awhile, but he got me back bout half of what I paid out of my pocket GOT LANCE? if ya don't ya might wanna....he is fully clear an does not talk legalese he tells ya right an follow up as well I bet as any other lawyer could have...(OR BETTER)

As far as I’m concerned Lance Richards is by far the best attorney in the State of Florida. He handled my criminal case with professionalism and compassion. I was sure I was going to jail for a long time because the co defendant in this same case who chose to use a different attorney got 15 years and Lance was always positive and uplifting always assuring me that “HES GOT ME” and he did. I never spent 1 day in jail and after 4 years on this case, it is finally over and I am a free man.
