I hired Lance for a criminal defense case, for a friend who was wrongly incarcerated. He listened to the situation, went to see my friend and we shortly after got her bonded out. He stuck by her through an entire year of court proceedings and got the result he promised. I highly recommend Lance, he is real, he is compassionate, and the most honest attorney I've ever encountered.

Lance represented me in a criminal case that was wrought with many last minute changes and delays. Would have loved to write a nice review if he or his staff ever returned my calls or emails. I called several times but only was able to speak a receptionist who, on the last call, PROMISED she would get back to me...waited several more days and still no response. very unprofessional if you asked me!

What a guy. Lance P. Richard is a friendly down to earth man who is humble and in it for you. I recently had a incident come up and required legal aid, the case as you can guess was not very typical and it wasnt something that I alone was going to be able to take on myself. I called Lance and we talked for a while and at first he said wow what a interesting situation. Of course he was happy to take the case. The probability of winning was not high but Lance had total confidence my case was solid and he got to work. The day came and man was he ready. I went in knowing everything and he prepared me, he was intuitive and sound when speaking with the judge and speaking on my behalf just what needed to be heard.
