My divorce was definitely the most stressful time of my life. Especially with kids involved. I am so thankful a friend recommended Linda. Her and Angie were hands down there every step of the way to help me ease my mind when I thought the worst was going to happen. They got back to me very quickly with any concerns I had with a calming voice behind it. They were my calm in the storm. I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they did for me. I will always recommend them.

I have to say from the get go, that Julio always took my phone calls, even during lunch time, replied to all my emails, and was pro-active with my case. Julio is a kind, warm and good individual, always willing to listen to my concerns, issues in life never promised anything the firm and him could not deliver. In fact, he fought for me all the way trough. Someone in a review wrote that he didn't return their calls. That I can say was not true with me. Mr. Stone met with me a couple times and was very nice and a good person all around. He was never in a hurry the times we met, nor was Julio. We discussed my case and many other things in life and the world, and in the end I truly made two new friends. I highly recommend this law firm whenever you have a case. I was extremely happy with the outcome, and you should to.

Hello my experience with this law firm was a amazing. From day one The help and support from the the staff was like no other very friendly and answered my every call. I was updated regularly by someone (Julio) who answered all my crazy questions a always was very respectful and nice. All in all I’m very happy with my results and I give all the thanks to the people who work at STONE & CAPOBIANCO they are amazing.

I wouldn't trust this firm to handle my estate or respect my wishes. Stone & Capobianco is handling the estate of my long-time friend who passed away. We spoke not long before his death and he had a box of very important sentimental items of mine, such as family pictures and records, with my name and address on it in his home. He was going to put my new address on it and send it to me, but apparently that didn't happen before his death. For several months now, since I learned he passed away, I've been attempting to contact this firm. I was hoping they either had the box in their possession or knew who might, or that they could at least put me in touch with a friend or family member of the deceased who might know where it was or what happened to it. First I contacted the realtor who was selling my friend's home and he contacted Stone & Capobianco on my behalf on at least a few occasions. Stone & Capobianco never contacted me. More recently, I was able to get their information and contact the firm myself. I left messages for the staff responsible for my friend's estate but still no one contacted me. Not only are these items of great value to me, but it was obviously my friend's wish that they find their way back to me and they are apparently not at all concerned about that. If I were the deceased, I'd want to know the firm chosen to handle my estate was going to follow my wishes and settle my affairs accordingly. And on top of all this, they write a mean-spirited and fallacious response to my review rather than attempting to talk with me or give me any helpful information, even denying the many attempts made to contact them both by me and on my behalf. Allof white is true. They could at least ask family members and contact UPS as representatives of the estate to inquire as to whether and where the package was sent... My deceased friend would be appalled and I certainly wouldn't want my friends treated this way by the firm handling my estate.

I can’t thank Mr. Stone enough he went above and beyond to help me with my legal situation and got me into a program that had all my charges dropped and helped with another case that wasn’t even part of the original. He is a fantastic lawyer and would recommend him to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney. Also the staff there is super friendly and helpful.

Don't waste your time they'll mess you up MSU case up

I wish I never would have used this law firm. They were referred to us by my husband’s coworker. It took two years to even speak to Mr. Stone, and the paralegal I was in touch with, Julio, during that time was highly non responsive. They don’t let you know what’s going on, what you could be doing to strengthen your case or anything helpful at all. I had a solid case against the city and due to them dropping the ball and wasting time the case was mishandled. They couldn’t even call and let me know why they chose to drop my representation, I just received a letter in the mail after 2 years!!!! Unacceptable. I would not recommend this firm to anyone!! They don’t fight for you at all!!

Best attorney ever!!!! You can't go wrong choosing this firm.
