I give my highest recommendation to Mrs Capobianco and her firm. Mrs. Capobianco and her staff did an excellent job helping me navigate the divorce process. Through their hard work and by working closely together with me to gather all relevant information, Mrs. Capobianco was able to get me a divorce decree in my favor. Also, when my spouse's lawyer attempted to stonewall the legal process by not providing required responses and information, Mrs. Capobianco took timely action to get movement by entering a motion to have my spouse cover my legal fees for delay of case. This got the case moving again and with divorce decree in hand I can now move on with my life. I give my highest recommendation to Mrs Capobianco and her firm.

When you go to their website it says verbatim: "In your most critical moments, turn to us for compassionate and effective advocacy" THIS IS NOT TRUE! Attorney STONE does not know me and did not take the time to return my call over an entire 5 day period (after I indicated that he came highly recommended by a reputable attorney in another state). This is UNPROFESSIONAL, to say the least. Neither attorney called me back and the receptionist offered no follow-up. Who does that? We were not seeking pro-bono help or a handout. I would not recommend this office to anyone for any reason. This is definitely indicative of how he would handle your case---AVOID AT ALL COST.

I hired Jerome Stone to represent me in a criminal case nearly 10 years ago & I'm surprised he is still in business with the poor level of service he provided. I could never get him to return my calls or messages & he did nothing for my case. I had to leverage a civil discrimination case I had to have my charges dropped because Mr. Stone didn't do anything but take my money. Don't waste your money with Jerome Stone.
