Unresponsive and incompetent staff
“They are not only unprofessional but also incompetent. My case was a simple fill out application and send it! I gave Maria all the info over our initial consultation over the phone, everything clearly. Paid the entire fee on the consultation. She assured me that she could get it done. I never heard or spoke to Maria for the following 3+ months, she literally disappeared, I only dealt with her assistant: Yahaira.”

Overcharging and questionable billing practices
“they then refused to refund anything because now they claimed they did work on the application and sent me a bill that was so vague, the firm basically charged me for inquiry emails and calls on my case. that they never ever worked on, This law firm, did not do their job, then charged me 150-250 / each voice mails and emails I sent over the 3+ months asking for status updates.”
