I had the honor of being represented by Mr. Lozeau about 2 months ago involving a real estate contract dispute. I quite literary was seeking representation only a few days prior to a "time is of the essence" closing date. I was referred to Mr. Lozeau in fact by a colleague of his. The referring trial attorney felt my interests would be better served by a more skilled real estate contract attorney. What impressed the most about The Law Firm of Wright, Ponsoldt & Lozeau was their professional and timely responses to my calls and emails. Mr. Lozeau's assistant Debbie was simply amazing as was Mr. Lozeau's timely and no nonsense approach to my situation. Mr. Lozeau easily could have involved me in costly and time consuming litigation. Instead ... Lou patiently explained all options available to me. At the conclusion of our conversation he simply told me in all candor that my least path of resistance and most economical and practical move was to just close as scheduled and relist the property. Even if I were to lose a little money ... it was substantively more economical and less stressful at the end of it all. He was absolutely correct in his sage advice. Stay away , they are costly slow to react and they overcharge Lou especially is over confident and charges for frivolous issues. We found another lawyer and are very happy

Please stay far away , all talk no action and they only communicate by email no oral communication

Mr. Ponsoldt handled a real estate case for me in 2002. I did paid the initial fee asked of me. When the case was stretched out longer than expected, he worked with me regarding the additional cost the case incurred.
