Because of the Workers Comp aspect of the case, Ken was referred to me by my personal-injury attorney (David Pefka). During the entire "life" of the case, Ken worked diligently on my behalf, and represented me through the countless, mind-numbing meetings with my employer's WC legal staff. When my patience grew thin, when my resolve foundered, when my body and soul ached for relief, Ken stood with me, and helped me to stand-fast. In the end, I got the settlement that Ken pushed for, which gave me the time and resources to recover and, eventually, find another position. I could not have done it on my own, and I would not be here, writing this review, without him. Ken's picture should be in the dictionary, next to the word "advocate". I remain in awe of this man.
