Even though Mr. Fischer did not practice law with regards to HOA disputes, he took the time twice to speak to us. He gave us a professional referral for a lawyer he knew that practices that area of law. If he practiced the area of law we needed him for, we would have hired him immediately. Hi, My name is Kristine. 1 year ago I had 2 unexpected major surgeries and 2 ER visits. This situation put me in a heugh financial dilemma on which is how I came to call on the office of Randall Fischer. Karen and I spoke, we met with Randall and developed a game plan for my overwhelming circumstances. I had "no" idea what I was getting into, but, it was made aware to me right away that I was in the right hands. After a very long time {because to the covid and the courts being closed} my date and court case was handled and done. I had an unusual case in which I was forced to claim bankruptcy on a business loan that I had no longer owned the business for over 6 years. This loan fell on my personal credit. My loan originated in NY. Because of my timing, and the selling of my old home in NY and purchasing of a new home in Florida, there were laws that had to be considered in both states. Mr. Fisher did a great job in protecting my home and making the process as easy as possible. I saw Mr Fischer for a problem within the family, gave him a 1,500.00 up front payment, he asked for, he insisted that we have a mediation which I did not think would help in my case, he did not speak up regarding my case once during the mediation, the whole process was useless, I was very disappointed, Mr Fischer should have told me my case was not his expertise.
