I was hit by a car in February as I was leaving work. To say the least I didn’t make it home until after midnight. I fell backwards and struck my head on the pavement that required 4 staples and multiple scans for any internal injuries. I contacted Kogan & Disalvo and after they came out for the initial consultation everything was handled very professionally. They handled everything from all the bills, paying back workmen’s comp and all the other medical bills. They kept me informed of the progress and the demands and in the in got me a nice settlement. Unfortunately the reason I needed Kogan & DisAlvo was because I was involved in a car accident. If you find yourself in need of an attorney because of a car accident I highly recommend this firm. Jocelyn was my attorney and Jenny was her paralegal. Those two worked on my case for months. If I had a question and I called they were quick to return it. When the case had finally came to an end those two had gotten me the most money allowed for the case. All my doctors bills were handled. My car was repaired. From my experience the law firm like many other PI firms are one in the same if they cam make money off of you your golden and they will serve you. You will never have the same Paralegal they treat them like a dime a dozen and theirs an revolving door were they come and go. The company has no regard for lower management and that is a result of the unrealistic demand s of a few select attorneys. If u go get employed you'll be here today gone tomorrow. Doesn't seem like anyone fits into the elite group of persons in upper management!!!!
