My friend and I rent from his client Dennis Jackson in Ruskin. They're probably working together to take money from anyone that has ANY. DO NOT TRUST YHIS MAN.

A total a hole not even one star trying to tell my situation totally rude

His prior history of negative reviews speak for themselves. He is arrogant, rude and should not be working with the public.

Mr Linsky handled my family promptly and professionally. I referred him to my best girlfriend and she went to him. She ended up hiring him and was also very satisfied with him. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Linsky deserves no stars, but this review application requires at least one! He was the most rude and abrupt attorney, heck for that matter, professional person, I have ever experienced. He asked me to come in 15 minutes early, then wasn't there and made me wait for about 25 minutes for him to come back from where ever he had gone. He wouldn't let me speak and after perusing my paperwork called me everything short of a criminal. He stuck his finger in the air and shushed me when I would try to talk to him and told me I was only trying to cause problems and create litigation. Now I am a professional and strong person. I can take productive criticism and know how to communicate. But this man is flat out rude. He said things like "you know you did this on purpose to cause litigation didn't you, didn't you, huh you know you did, didn't you!" Please know that my mother passed last year and dad passed a month 1/2 ago. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I was furious this man. He should not work with families! I wish I could lower myself to his standards of unprofessional-ism and rudeness so I could tell him what I thought of him, but my time and breath are too valuable to waste on him. Additionally, please understand, I went in there for advice. He could have simply given me the same information without the opinions and condemnation. He is the epitome of an old, out of control attorney who seems think because he knows a certain area of the law, he is special and has the right to treat people with total disregard to their feelings. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. He is an ugly, mean, cruel, critical person.

Took advantage of my family while we were mourning the loss of a dear family member. He doesn’t care about you or your situation. He’s money hungry and will do what he can to get everything he can. Do your research, go to a different attorney. Don’t fall for it. This man repulses me because we trusted him to help us and instead he takes advantage. We made the mistake of not doing our research, don’t follow in our footsteps.

Jessica has been our family attorney for years. She just helped me once again after my grandmother became ill. For years she has handled all of our estate planning, trust issues, and real estate. All I have to do is call or email her and it is done. She follows up with questions and results quickly. Her advise has always served us well and I value her experience. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with.

She asked me to send her documents regarding the case and has not responded at all.

This hapless attorney actually mocked me for wearing a 1000 dollar hugo boss suit and tie to a meeting discussing my late Aunts inheritance to my mother.He had unscrupulously named himself as a second executor to her estate,when she was cognitively impaired and then proceeded to charge large fees to do his job as executor and whenever we met to discuss his fiduciary responsibilities and the ethically challenged nature of naming himself as co-executor,which is frowned upon and considered highly unethical.He overcharged and misappropriated funds which I have kept an exacting record of,however my Mother isn't litigious and wouldn't allow me to pursue Linsky in a court of law,however I still know he's an un ethical snake and always used allow my dogs to unburden their bowels in front of his establishment.STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.I can be found on facebook to discuss the reams of paperwork I have regarding his double billing and extremely unethical work

Ms. Bober was very thorough in reviewing my assets and helped guide me to the appropriate vehicles to avoid unnecessary probate for my children. After my initial consultation, I received my estate planning drafts and was able to sign within in one week. I really appreciated the quick turn around. I have since gone back to Ms. Bober several times regarding selling my home, handling my father's estate, and periodic asset reviews. I highly recommend Ms. Bober.
