If I could give more than a 5 star review for Jimmy (James) Gustafson with Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart and Shipley, I certainly would. Jimmy worked extremely hard from day one on my case. He is an extremely knowledgeable attorney with incredible experience on all types of cases. Jimmy made time to personally answer each and every question I had throughout the entirety of my case. If he didn’t know an exact answer (as I asked every question under the moon), he would quickly go out of his way to find the answer for me. I trusted him with bringing justice to my case and he persevered in every way possible to do just that. As my case required filing a claims bill and going through the long and tedious sovereign immunity process, most attorneys in our local area did not have the knowledge to take on my case. Jimmy and his firm, however, were top notch at knowing every aspect of successfully getting my claims bill passed. No amount could ever make up for what I went through and continue to physically and mentally endure from my accident, but I do feel justice was served thanks to Jimmy Gustafson and his firm working diligently on my case from start to finish.

We were recently represented by the excellent Searcy law firm regarding a devastating motor vehicle crash in which our vehicle was hit head-on by a tractor-trailer on the interstate. My Attorney Carter Scott was absolutely outstanding in his constant pursuit of getting my case settled there was alot of documents we produced to represent our case and Carter Scott and his secretary were diligent in getting everything needed to win a settlement in my case I recommend them to help you with your case I would not hesitate to use him again should the need arise.

My first contact was with Jimmy Gustafson, I’d seen his background and as an Airforce guy, I knew he would be a fighter for me. I was not wrong. It was a long process and I never felt alone. Jimmy brought in an entire team to join in on our fight. The first team member that I had contact with was Bonnie Stark. She was a driving force that got things done but more than just that – she cared about us. What can I say about Carter Scott? I don’t think I’ve met a more caring person. He was phenomenal with all three of our pre-teen and teenage girls. Then there was Chris Searcy. It was comforting to see him work on our behalf. He was a super advocate. There are no words to express the gratitude I feel to this firm. They worked together to help ease us through so many obstacles we faced during this difficult time.
