Honestly ! Personally, from experience. Jim provided the best representation I had ever obtained ,or received ,regarding his professionalism. Including his prompt communication and immediate action when needed, also towards results and outcome ! Absolutely outstanding professionalism of what one would expect !

Marie Mattox did my 21 year old son very wrong (subtract 21 from 7 and you will get 14) SHE WALKED OUT ON HIM AND HIS CASE AND LEFT HIM HANGING TO DEFEND IN COURT HIS OWN CASE, HE LOST: She sat on his case 7 years; and, 2 weeks before trial she file a motion to quit leaving him to find another attorney with only 2 weeks left before trial. She and her attorneys knew it was next to impossible to find another lawyer who would take a 7 year old case. Her excuse for bailing out was irreconcilable difference, whereas, she and her attorneys on the case met with my son 3 or 4 times. They barely got to know him in the 7 years they were on the case. She failed to let us know about a contract that the defendants' (Gadsden County School Board, Quincy, Florida) William Armistead and Gwendolyn Adkins of Coppins, Monroe, and Adkins Law Firm had offered in settlement. They used this unsigned contract in court to sue my child for attorneys' fees of $140,000; they blamed him for not settling $2,500, even-though he was only 16 years old. He knew nothing about the settlement offer related to the falsified contract. Judge David Frank, the bias and bigot judge helped defendants to win by throwing out 99% of my child's evidence (School Negligence and Bullying case). We are still fighting for justice. Take your chance with this lawyer, but be willing to settle for lunch money settlement. Katherine Vickers is a joke for an attorney. She talks to much, not related to your case. Review the case for yourself: GADSDEN COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; CASE NUMBER 13000874CAA: Somehow my name will appear and not my son's name and I was told by the judge that I was part of this case, even-though I filed the lawsuit. This is not justice.
