They never return my call

Does not let you know what's going on with your case, unprofessional and moves at a snails pace...

I wanted to come in was told can not only over the PHONE. 5 weeks I WAISTED and waited. SCOTT and Wallace took my case the momount we talked signed the papers Monday. WOW

After hearing all the ads and positive hearsay, Morgan & Morgan was my go to attorney after I felt like had been wronged at my previous job. In the beginning they were seemingly very caring about my situation although there were some miscommunications on their end while handling my case info. However, they eventually forwarded me to an attorney and vowed to help me saying they would evaluate my case and get back to me at a later date. That was two months ago. If my case was unmanageable then I would much rather for them to tell me so that way I can understand why and get over it, but it seems counterproductive and inconsiderate for someone who you thought was here to help, to just ghost you and theoretically delete your grievance. I just don’t want others getting there hopes up like they’re calling some savior or something. Because if it’s not an easy win, they’ll move on. Just speaking the truth. Edit: I would like to start by thank everyone at Morgan & Morgan for understanding and resolving my complaints in such a timely and professional manner. They reminded me why I chose Morgan & Morgan to begin with. As soon as I posted the initial review, I got a call from my attorney the next morning. He sincerely apologized citing other cases that had popped up, which I understand, and vowed to fight for me even though this case is considered an “uphill battle”. Now there hasn’t been a week that’s went by where I haven’t heard from him. But that’s what I want, communication is key. And it really makes you feel like someone has your back. It makes you feel special.

Good attorney

Horrible experience they so called for the people they should be called for the money not the people i had lots a Of respect for this firm and now have lost all respect they wont take your case unless there money in it for them they care less about your money and more about there pocket wife called about a internet porvider scaming people lady on the phone cleary told my wife theres no money in it for them so she wont pass the case on what a shame and you call yourself a good law firm

My only complaint is that they do not stay in contact with their clients. If you want to know how your case is going you have to call. Months will pass with no word unless you contact them.. And its hard to get up with the attny or the person handling your case.
