Got into an accident since January 3rd 2024. It's October now and no updates. When I call they don't respond. I haven't talked to my attorney once. I try to schedule calls, voicemails and no follow up. I finished my chiropractor treatments in May and as of now no words. My understanding is that they don't treat all the cases fairly as rhey are looking for the big compensation cases only. If you can't help us, please send our cases to ther attorneys who want justice for everyone and not the money chasing.

Morgan & Morgan is one of the worst if not the absolute worst law firm I’ve seen and experienced in life - they consistently lied about the process & progress of the case - the lawyers were not transparent and prolonged the case & found numerous ways to exhaust my savings without any help of how I can get funding to help medical bills or anything -they did not tell me anything about the first second or last offer to settle out of court with the opposing insurance company -they told me everything would be on me to pay And and when I requested another lawyer they tried all they could to not switch them but I found a way to get a new lawyer & would you believe she said that she would like to apologize for the last lawyers unprofessional remarkes ,withhholding of info to proceed the case and keeping info on how I can get funding to help with the case Not only did she explain how the first lawyer prolonged the case but she also said that I had findings way before that were never documented Key information to push the case to litigations I called and explained to there he department how I was treated they immediately seemed financial assistance to help after hearing how I wanted all this documented the funding they got for me was very little to nothing Didn’t help with bills even thought they drained my pockets with letting me pay every medical bill so I complained to hr again but this time I had dates screenshots voicemails etc after I complained the second time I called for 2weeks straight no answer I called every piece of legal help I had with Morgan to check the case Well would u like to know the big case they said I had originally I’m there words turned to “we didn’t want to deal with the hassle “ Case dropped only to go with another firm and win immediately with a settlement out of court for 4 million dollars If you are with Morgan and Morgan leave now !!! It’s a circus show of lawyers who just take cases -No transparency no real information on how to do while the case is active -no funding they will leave you to do all the work and financial duties while they prey on how much to get off you And if there number does not match what they feel even though it’s your case your the boss u hired them Doesn’t matter they will just drop you “if you think I’m lien tik tok them just listen to there real clients no one has ever even met the man in the commercials (Morgan)and when we asked for him they said he doesn’t take calls so the commercials are very much untrue about him waking up in the middle of the night to fight a case HE IS NOT FOR THE PEOPLE GET A LAW FIRM THAT WILL PROTECT AND FIGHT FOR YOU if you choose them and 9 long months pass by no help no money no win just a bunch of spent money & lost hope on your end you have no one to blame but yourself for choosing this demonic company
