Pésima experiencia con ellos, básicamente la que te atiende es la case manager, es el servicio es pésimo, no te asesoran bien. Te dejan solo en ti caso.

This is my second review. I guess my initial one was deleted? The first issue is the fact that I went through 3-4 case managers. The second issue is that it took 15 months to settle over a minutia issue. I won’t get into specifics. Overall: My recent experience with Morgan and Morgan Law that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot give them more than two stars due to the issues I encountered. The main problem I faced was the delay in receiving my settlement funds. While I understand that delays can happen, I believe that Morgan and Morgan Law should have been more proactive in keeping me informed and providing a reasonable explanation for the delay. Communication throughout the process was lacking, leaving me feeling left in the dark and unsure of when I would finally receive my settlement funds. Furthermore, the unexpected costs (delayed cost deposit) that I now have to bear due to the delay have only added to my disappointment. It is disheartening to see my hard-earned settlement funds being diminished by charges that I was not prepared for or made aware of in advance. Overall, my experience with Morgan and Morgan Law was far from satisfactory. The delayed settlement and the subsequent unexpected costs have left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. I hope that they can take this feedback constructively and work towards improving their services to ensure a smoother and more transparent experience for their clients in the future. Kia H.

They had my case for 4 months and a half and after all my dr bills at the end they said my case was declined. I will never use you all or recommend you all to anyone. God bless you all . I will never give up. Thank you all for nothing

Absolutely horrible. Wasted many talking to their intake people, who are not in the USA. They would not listen to me and just tried to force through their script. Seems like they are trying to run a legal paper mill factory. They do not give personal service at all. Must stay on scrip and does not listen to their customers. If you are looking for personal service. Your best bet is to not contact them and keep looking.

So far everything is going as plan! I would recommend this firm they are friendly nice n they listens

Communication is the pits... and that is an understatement. If you want to feel like a herded cow, hit them up stat.
