I give them 1 stars at first they made it seem like I had a good case and they could me I sent them all my medical bills accident report and anything else they need. They said they would keep me updated on everything that was happening I maybe heard from them 2 or 3 times and haven't heard anything else from them. Last time I talked to them they said that they would call me in a couple of days that was about a month ago haven't heard anything from them. I really need to know something. bill's are piling up. and the person that is at fault thinks he can get away with it. It has gottin a lot worse I lost my job because of this person which was my boss. Something need to happen so I guess I should look for another law firm and law so I can get something done I can't even go to the doctor for my hip pains. I was able to go to my physical therapy that I was supposed to do when I got out of the hospital. I'm constantly in pain can't stand for a long period of time.

I wish I could give “0” stars but that’s not an option. I opened a case with Morgan & Morgan in October of 2022. Everyone seemed so happy to help at first but months later no response. I had one young lady that I spoke to a couple of times then she disappeared, a month later I found out she’s no longer with the company after making several complaints. Just recently I was in contact with my new case manager and she promised that she will keep me informed…that was two months ago and now she has disappeared. I have left several messages and complaints and no one calls back. This is one of the worst experiences that I have dealt with as for as communications. Please Morgan & Morgan, y’all need to do better. Sometimes it best just to deal with smaller firms!!!!

It's been over 90 days and I've been calling over and over for the rest of my settlement please $500

I have went to them multiple to take a case for an accident and got declined. I was declined right off the top. There was a woman whom side hit my car where all air bags were deployed yes I went through my insurance and they paid it but this lady should not have received anything. She has been frauding the system for a long time. I found out she had an accident a couple of weeks before hitting my vehicle also found out she been doing this to business for a long time . I told my insurance to not pay her anything but due to situations they advice to pay her and drop the case. I called Morgan and Morgan who them quote is they want more for Morgan and Morgan is all a lie. I tried them three times for different cases and all was declined. I would not recommend this company to nobody. If this was the last business running I would become a lawyer myself but right now that’s not an option for me.

This form has has truly help me.i was so humiliated and embarrass with the slip and fall and they embrace me and and told me i was not along that matters 100!!!!
