Bad attorney who colludes with other attorneys to keep a client from getting the legal money owed them. Avoid and stay away.

They are extremely responsive and I love their motto regarding family law, “We want to handle your case to 100% satisfaction so you do not have to hire us again!” She recommended a great coparenting counselor and also handles business law, equine / animal law, construction, and family law from prenups to divorce to estate and probate. I have hired her firm several times for various reasons and am looking forward to hiring her firm for a business I plan to start this year.

When serving as a mediator, I am precluded from giving legal advice to parties, including whether or how parties are in compliance with any Agreement or what issues remain to be discussed. These questions should be addressed to the attorney that represents you and who attended mediation. The engagement letter which you and your counsel signed set out the confidentiality provisions (by Fla. Stat.), the terms, and the sliding scale fees applicable to the mediation. Additionally, I always give the introductory statement required by the Rules, which goes over the above topics as well as the fact that mediation is a confidential process.

Too expensive and she can't even tell Me why I am scheduled for a second mediation that I'm paying for when I'm doing everything properly that was agreed to in the first mediation.

She’s extremely professional and friendly. So far, she’s helped with a residential zoning issue, a will, living will, and power of attorney. She’s also helped with a difficult divorce. She can do all the things you need! I highly recommend her.
