Been 2 yrs, haven't spoken with not one lawyer, case been passed thru 3 reps for the attorney Tyler, cause of them leaving, can't get a call answered, no call backs, no email response, just nothing!!! Wish I hadn't chosen this firm.

My team doesn’t have good communication. Haven’t heard anything from them in over 2 months.

They are helpful, but I didn't need their help. If I did, I would surely contact them.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.. This is the World's Largest Firm of the most ridiculous, stressful experience of my life.... lies, lies, and more lies... I would not refer a flea to this firm!!!! Those Commercials couldn't be further from the truth!!!!! How is it, that these people on the Commercials are saying they talked & Met John Morgan, but when you call the Firm, they tell you, they don't have a number listed for him...

My wife in a bad accident we called them looking for help a week went by never heard nothing from the attorney called them and they said the attorney has quit and they are gonna appoint me another very disappointing

Morgan & Morgan is a good and honest and loyal Attorney, he wanted lead you wrong.

I went to this company because we have renters insurance and renters insurance came back and denied our claim and then I went to call up this company and sent them everything they needed and all you do is get a runaround and then you hear all these commercials from John Morgan nobody can beat my company well guess what I don't care all I care about is somebody taking care of my case and if it's too much over your head because you got too many firms in United States that's not my problem that's your problem very poor service everybody don't know what the hell they're doing over there all they do is send you emails and tell you to call them I never seen a crazy firm in my life and I'm dealing with a bigger firm in New York that's 10 times bigger than this one and I definitely don't recommend this firm at all and if they don't like this review that's too bad because this is the truth I am a disabled veteran who are both senior citizens I only write the truth what a joke this firm is that's all I have to say
