Kathleen Bogenchutz was absolutely amazing through the ordeal with a traffic ticket. She stood by me and explained everything in detail and in terms that i could understand. I wouldnt think twice about using her again for legal matters. She made an ordeal that scared me into a situation i could handle.

We met Ryan Davis at a low point in our lives, scared and confused over false allegations made towards my husband. From the first phone call we knew we could trust him literally with our lives. He drove an hour and a half from Tallahassee to stand in court for us on several occasions. At the first court day Ryan told my husband that he couldn’t promise anything about an outcome but that he would fight like we were family, and that he did! Bad rating because i called twice and was promised a call back both times and both times did not receive one. Could not get an attorney on the phone

Literally took 2 1/2 years for them to figure a DUI out witch was only a misdemeanor and at the end they just told me to plead guilty and I did, they threw everything in the book at me. I would try to call them for help about the case and what I needed to do about the situation they would basically tell me they really ain’t got time for my case to call the desk clerk and last time I checked I paid for a lawyer not a desk rep… IM STILL FIGHTING THIS CASE ALONE!!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with this firm. I personally worked with Kathleen. She was personable, responsive, and very efficient. She helped me through an awful experience with a favorable outcome. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
