My son was a pedestrian hit by a car walking to school. My son suffered a dislocated shoulder, fractured skull and broken eye bone. I hired Morgan and Morgan and they barely communicated with me. I had to keep calling and leaving messages. Finally, when I heard from someone they told me to file a claim with my insurance and the other persons insurance. When they found out that the other person didn’t have coverage, they dropped me. High and dry. No assistance or help. And then told me that the check I would get from my insurance company would need to go to the hospital. I am seeing a therapist, my son suffered permanent damage and I was left with no help from this company. If the other person doesn’t have insurance, don’t bother hiring a lawyer. These and all personal injury lawyers sue insurance companies, not the actual person(s). Apparently in America it’s ok to bulldoze a pedestrian as long as you don’t have insurance for lawyers to sue you. SMH.

Absolutely incompetent.... Supposedly I have their best lawyer. I never heard from my lawyer until seconds before my deposition that I entered with no guidance. Wasn't advised of any of my legal rights until 7 months into the proceedings, and having to make decisions I would've made differently if I was properly told my options before I had to make tough choices. Now my case should've been settled months ago, but I can't get a response from my case manager or lawyer about what's going.I'm talking about directly contacting my case manager and lawyer multiple times. No response from either for months now. Do yourself a favor and go with a real law firm. If you win your case you shouldn't have to fight your law firm for your money or respect.

I’m giving three stars because when you call they route you to a call center. I had questions? But they couldn’t provide me with any . I want to sue chase for not letting me access funds that were left to me by my great aunt. All because they made a mistake in my middle name. They been holding my money for 2 years. I still haven’t properly mourned for her. I have missed two business deals I could have invested in. I thought Morgan and Morgan is who I can contact to sue chase because I don’t have the resources. I’m sick of chase and what they have put me through.

Dont use services, you'll get a better and faster response from a dead turtle. I was assigned a lawyer that didn't exist and was given a run around about my lawyer for 6 or 7 months until I received a random phone call saying I was given a new lawyer and then my entire process was weighed down by the fact that there was a 6 to 7 month gap in my lawyer's service. Horrible part my lawyer kept repeating to me that her and the defending lawyer knew each other and that this would make the process a lot easier so I don't think being buddy buddy with the defending lawyer the is in the best interest of the client AKA me.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication between my attorney and case manager , I call and leave messages and I get no returned calls. I have done everything asked of me and its still no update they have a very hard time communicating even when I'm told they are in their office all I get is the voice-mail. Only way to sometimes reach them is the client experience team and even that doesn't always work because they ignore them as well.

Enjoyed working with the attorney and my needs were taken care of but I feel like no one really listened to what was really going on or had occured to see if there were other negligent acts. Also extremely hard to contact them, secretary did not call back in a timely manner and there is apparently no local office number to call.

For a firm that's supposed to represent handicap folks, they are a let down. My daughter is disabled w a heart condition, taken advantage of by Bank of America. Couldn't get these guys to represent her in a discrimination against a handicapped person. I guess John story about his brother Tim only motivated the firm to handle that one handicap case. Then again we're the little guy and they're big time now and nobody's to them.
