I use to hear good things about Morgan and Morgan when I was growing up. Unfortunately, something happen to me where I thought if I called them they'll take care of me , not saying that they not now it's just they need to better communicate with the client. I think her name is Michelle she doesn't need to work there idk how she became a assistant , When Jeff calls he gives me hope like I really can tell he tryna fight for me but just today I called to see if any thing has changed , long be hold Michelle calls just for her to sound dumb nothing she said made sense if you suppose to be representing me hunny you need sound like you for me . Should I get a better lawyer ???

Why is It’s so hard to communicate with your client it is going on three years and I’ve gotten nowhere in fact you have asked for the same thing over and over and over again I think you’re law firm needs to be reviewed by the Bar Association and actions taken accordingly

Tried to seek a consultation and I was disconnected. They asked for my number in case we were disconnected but never called back. So I called back and started the entire conversation over again, and they again disconnected mid conversation. It's clearly a run of the mill call center.

I called to discuss possibly hiring this firm and the customer service representative was rude and uninformed. They then proceeded to call me repeatedly to fill out a retainer form. When I did, contact ceased. I sent my information to the lawyer's assistant and received a letter from the lawyer saying he would look into the case. It wasn't until I called them that they told me they would not be taking the case.

after more tgen a month the i talk to the case manager lauren never have been able to talk to the lawyer they claim i had it was a shocker the after that she told me i had a ticket for no insurance wen the ticket was for no license but sge say it well be less than 10,000 wat i will be getting and i have pain spinal stenosis and i losse my job but not only that for some reason tmh hospital give me the wrong diagnosis supposed i hade nothing wrong i still never have talk to a attorney just ms Laure n the case manager and wen i call i do not get a call back my accident happens in 2 16 22 i do not understand why she say they whould help me and were goin to show up whit me in court but noone did then i wS in court whiout them then 1 week latter she say we do not help whit that so she is been misleading all the way

My experience was to be kept in "review status." Finally told after three months t they were not taking on my case and referred to the FLA Bar to seek another counsel. Feel after three months, numerous followup calls, that my small legal case was not worth the small effort needed for them to help me remedy the issue.
