I was arrested for DUI unfortunately as my 2nd offense, Matthew represented me previously for a Criminal Mischief charge as-well. I honestly believe neither cases could have gone any better! Point blank he knows his stuff, it’s not just a Career for him it’s a passion. He has successfully been doing this a very long time. I was fortunate enough to see first hand how the system works and also witness the amount of respect so many different people within the judicial system have for him. He will ethically represent you, tell you early on what to expect, what will work and what won’t. He works with you and doesn’t just tell you what to do. He kept me informed during the process and was personally there with me during each step. Hopefully I will not need his services from here on out, but I would certainly recommend him as your attorney.

I hired Matt in 2011 because of felony charges I was facing. I was guilty and there was no real way to avoid any of it but Matt was able to get me the best possible outcome. I cannot imagine where I would have been if not for his help. Most recently I hired him to get changes made to my probation orders. I was a little more than half way through with probation and had thought about early termination but did not think it was really possible in my case. We decided to see if it was possible and at the very least get the probation orders changed. I did not expect to get off but Matt somehow got me off probation early. I cannot recommend him enough. If he decides to take your case then he will do everything he can for you.
