My husband and I sought the services of Mallory Bennett Brown after winning an estate planning package in a silent auction, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We had procrastinated on this particular task for many years (over a decade tbh), because who wants to plan for their own demise? However, Ms. Brown and her wonderful paralegal Rebecca Rohn made the whole process nearly painless. After a brief phone consultation and minimal paperwork, they emailed us preliminary drafts of our documents. We made an appointment to finalize the documents and within 30 minutes of arriving we were on our way with 2 sets of fully executed wills, powers of attorney, and living wills.
