I recieved divorce papers in the mail and didn't know anything about a divorce so I googled for a divorce lawyer and the lawyer firm of matt lienbinhutt and 2 other but I chose them and I'm glad I did we did a conconsultation and from there Mr. Hesser and his team did the rest. I just want to say I am very proud and satisfied with the service and the results of my case. There are not enough words to describe how exceptional Bryan Hesser and the law firm of Matt Liebenhaut are. After 47 years of marriage, my mother wanted a divorce. My husband and I hired our attorney as we thought since there were no children from the marriage, a fair and equitable division of the properties and monies could be handled with no problem. 'WRONG! HOW NAIVE!" Before we could "catch our breath" his daughter from a prior marriage had him declared "incapacitated" and her as power of attorney. Total acrimony ensued as their idea of equitable was that mother gets "nothing" and a rotation of three different law firms with no mediation in sight. Our attorney withdrew due to illness. We did our research and decided on Matt Liebenhaut Law Firm. The initial consultation with Bryan Hesser was GREAT! We indicated how fed up we were with the "merry go round" of attorneys and the affect it was having on my mother's health. He was sensitive to our needs, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and honest. My mother stressed that she just wanted "fairness." Bryan secured a mediation date and both parties signed an agreement. However, the opposing party reneged and wanted us to accept lower monies. Off to court we went. Imagine my mother's distress as she had to listen to the falsities presented. Bryan was masterful in his cross-examination, punching holes in their testimony. The RESULT: Judge ruled they had to honor mediation agreement. Like I originally stated, not enough words to describe how terrific Bryan Hesser and the Law Firm of Matt Liebenhaut are.

Brian and was notably diligent and extremely helpful step-by-step in all matters pertaining to my case. I couldn’t have asked for more from an attorney in my family law case. The communication was a a key point of mine and he was completely ideal in maintaining such. The results of my case involving my pursuit of my legal rights to my little girl could not have turned out better. Even under the circumstances of me living in Georgia and my case being a Florida case, the communication, execution, and final results were optimal. Bryan Hesser and Karen represented me in a family law case.
