Mr. Garrity helped me win my case against my current employer, one of the biggest banks in the country. I was hoping for a great outcome, considering what they did, and he absolutely exceeded my wildest dreams. A total badass. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

LOVE LOVE LOVE him. Super deep respect for his expertise. I felt like I was talking to a longtime friend, not just a lawyer I hired. All his reviews online say he is so easy to talk to. Jim helped me through the worse experience of my career. After blowing the whistle on the leader of my organization, he resigned and I came under great fire by his followers. For three months he answered my calls and helped me navigate the hostile environment my public school employer was creating to try to make me resign. This organization even sued me; I was served on a Saturday and Jim quickly answered my weekend call to help me with steps. He defended me in that case and had it immediately squashed. He made their attorneys look like amateurs and defended me passionately in depositions and his amazing deposition skills scared the opposing counsel. Incredibly well-versed in employment law. I have a fairly complex employment situation that is full of harssment and hostility. I can recommend this lawyer highly. I called him based on something he wrote online about FMLA and he answered my questions without even asking my name. I am very impressed, in this day and age everyone wants a quick buck, but he said he enjoyed the chance to help and was busy enough that he didn't need to worry about making money just to answer some quick questions.
