I spoke with him because my boss was sexually harassing me and I felt I was going to be fired for going to HR. He gave me advice on all the things I needed to do to be ready. Sure enough I got fired right after I went to HR again. I hired Jim and he went after my boss immediately. He made me feel like he cared through the whole case and the outcome was great. Super smart and a real pitbull.

Jim was wonderful to work with. He helped me with my case and we came out favorable. He would personally respond back to me as soon as he could, I didn't have to wait days to hear back from him. I would recommend ( and I have) Jim Garrity to anyone.. Such a pleasure he was.

I had to call him when my directors called me in and said I had to quit or be fired on the spot. I stepped out of the meeting and googled for ANYBODY to help me. His name popped up over and over. I called him and he quickly gave me a list of about ten things to cover and demand. It was unbelievable He didn't even ask me for my name and didn't want any money. Im posting here because I owe him that and he doesn't even know me. But he saved me, and unbelievably didn't want anything at all. He just said he was glad to help. There aren't enough people like this in the world.

Jim handled my wrongful firing case and did a really great job. This has been my first experience with a lawyer and did not know what to expect. He was very nice, answered every question I had without pausing, which was very impressive to me. He came up with grounds for my lawsuit I did not know about, was always super prepared, and caught my old boss and managers in several false statements. The case ended with a great outcome for me. After using Jim Garrity I wouldn't even consider hiring anyone else. I lost a six-figure income after I blew the whistle on my employer. I had never needed an attorney before, so I checked with friends in the corporate world. Everybody said the same thing - "Go see Jim Garrity." They said he was the most feared employee rights attorney in the Southeast. I did my own due diligence online, hired him and my case took off like a rocket. I recently settled it for far more than I ever imagined. He obviously has super deep experience in employment law, and he's so easy to work with. But he has an on switch that turns him into a total terror to employers. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

Just when I was about to give up hope on finding anyone to help me with the things this company had done to me.. Thank God I found this site and that Mr. Garrity found me and answered my questions I knew as soon as he sent a reply to my question that he was the only one I wanted working on my case. He listened to everything that I said and made sure he did not miss a thing! I thank God for sending this man my way as I do not know what I would have done without him. We are still in the beginning stages of this lawsuit but I know he will work very hard as he already has to make sure justice is served in the end. When everyone else turned me away saying my case was to hard this man jumped on board with open arms and was excited to be able to help with everything! I would recommend him to anyone! It is nice to know someone is on your side and can see things your way as it happened instead of being partial to the company who did all the wrong. I am glad to know this man is working for the working class and knowing he is on my side and working for me gives me such wonderful peace of mind!! I was nothing but pleased with Mr. Garrity. He took a genuine interest in not only my well being but also my unfavorable employment situation. He offered counsel and reassurance every step of the way--always responsive to our concerns and questions. He provided guidance that resulted in a resolution that met my goals and avoided litigation. My family and I are more than grateful for how he made the best out of what was a very hard season in my life.

I have now used Mr. Garrity 3 times, all in legit cases, two discrimination cases and this one about me not being paid right.
