The lady that took our order was incredible! She was patient, apologetic for not having chili, and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job and customers. The guy at the second window was almost as bad as she was good, though. He barely acknowledged me beyond his demand for payment (no pleantries or anything - just holding his hand out the window and telling me the total). He gave me my card and receipt without saying a word. He shoved the food at me while turned away from me talking to someone else. The food was awful. There was no flavor to the patty and there were few toppings on the burger. Dave would be very disappointed. Those fries the commercials are bragging about? Disgusting. They weren't crispy and they were mushy inside. Yeah, I could have gone back and asked for others but, I'll just chalk that up to experience and now I remember why I don't go to Wendy's much anymore.
