I am a Registered Nurse in South Florida and I was represented by Mr. Kevin Taylor with The Law Offices of Jeffrey Howell for the DOH/AHCA exemption process. I was very pleased with the process from start to finish. I was easily able to contact Kevin whenever I had questions and he was always quick to respond. We worked together on packaging my exemption application and I was extremely happy with how it was professionally presented to the board. He expedited the submission and with his close contacts within the agency, I was cleared extremely quickly. If I were to have gone at it alone, attempting to deal with the bureaucracy of the agency, I may still be waiting.
