Jeff represented me in a case with the board of nursing 2 years ago. Professional and knows the ins and outs of the nursing board. After that case was settled I was having an issue getting the board to refund money that I had overpaid. I tried for almost a year back and forth with the compliance office until I asked Jeff for help. With in a few days I had it resolved. I don't know where to even start when it comes to Phipps and Howell . This firm helped me out like no other lawyers would of during my exemption process with the DOH. From Rickey Strong to Jeff Howell, I don't even know how to thank them both for all they did for me. They both were very well educated men who not only knew the laws, but knew what had to be taken care of and what had to be done before turning in my paperwork. Ricky and Jeff were both extremely passionate and non judgmental people ,which helped out during this process. Both Ricky and Jefff were always there when I needed them and always responded back to any of my questions. They both truly made a nightmare turn back to reality . I would be lost if I didn't find this law firm and allow them to help me through my exemption process.
