I hired Elizabeth for my application for green card based on marriage. At the time I was looking for a lawyer that will be able to file my papers as quickly as possible. From the moment I have reached out to her she was very prompt in her response and was able to work on my documents and assist me to file for my application quickly. Throughout the process she was easy to reach and informative. I was able to secure my green card without any issues and was really happy about the whole process. I would definitely recommend her for any immigration needs.

Before hiring Elizabeth, I researched how likely someone with a Masters degree would get their NIW approved. My chances looked slim. A lot of people said I needed to have a PHD or be involved in research to have a solid case. It also did not help that a few friends of mine who had similar backgrounds (Masters degree holders) had all gotten denied through a separate lawyer they had used at the time. Couple of months later, a friend who had gotten his NIW approved recommended Elizabeth and he spoke highly of her. After our first conversation, to my surprise, I was a good candidate. She was so confident and was very knowledgeable. I could tell she really knew her stuff. I decided to give it a shot. I submitted my application just before the pandemic hit and everything was shut down. Even with all that going on, she constantly kept me updated with everything. Fast forward 2 years and 10 months later, my NIW has been approved! During my process, I recommended Elizabeth to a friend who also got his NIW approved. I recently recommended her to 2 of my friends, and I will continue recommending her to anyone with immigration issues. I am beyond grateful for Elizabeth for going the extra mile for me throughout this process.
