Do not go to this law firm .. I was ripped off out of my case ... they don't return phone calls and lies about insurances and unprofessional

My mom was referred to the female Attny here & it's been a year of her not returning my mom's phone calls, lies about insurance information, excuses- just pure laziness. My mom won't speak up because she's too nice but I'm annoyed. I have dealt w/ 1st class Attny's, for car accidents before, and I'm SO thankful I didn't have to deal with someone so unprofessional!! I wish I could take my mom's case away to a real/GOOD Attny, she would get the settlement she actually deserves!
