I maybe able to reverse engineer Chris Schulte Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer American Board of Trial Advocates My Response, With all due respect Chris, you shouldn’t have to reengineer my medical records. Either your client has the records requested or he doesn’t. Neither of you have provided an amendment response to request to correct this matter or provided right to access the missing time stamped records.

I am a paralegal with a Plaintiff's firm and have a few cases where I work closely with Mr. Paul Weekley's legal assistant Ms. Lisa. She is so wonderful to work with. Absolutely delightful to speak to on the phone. It's so nice when counsel can work together so amicably to come to a resolution.

Since the inception of this, the interest in resolution has been paramount, and that effort has been made, with the multiplicity of backs and forths, amendments, revisions, attached. So the answer to question is, generally, an emphatic and unqualified, “yes.” It’s really just the specifics of that Chris Schulte Chris you two have had 4.5 years to resolve knowing there are issues with fabricating, backdating and inappropriately altering records. Now I have screenshots documenting his EMR note logs showing the issues. Yet, you haven’t offered a resolution. He still hasn’t provided electronically signed records that apparently are MIA.
