I was charged with “Failure to Stop for Stopping Traffic - Reckless” after an accident where I rear-ended a commercial van in stop and go traffic. I provided attorney Ryan Sulte with a written detailed description of the circumstances: the handling characteristics of an empty/unloaded 3/4 ton pickup truck on a rain-soaked highway. Plus, I provided my driver history from each of the two states I’ve lived and worked in going back 11 years (which show no violations and no at-fault accidents).
