Saying Mr.Wilcox saved me would be an understatement. I was facing a second DUI and with that came heavy fines, 5 years without my license, jail time etc. First thing he did was won back my license so I could try and maintain a normal life while waiting for court. Elliot Wilcox is the best lawyer in Tampa for DUI DEFENSE. What I just said is very subjective, I know. But I can objectively say, you have the best chances of getting your DUI CHARGES reduced. The first time I got a DUI since it was a first time offense it was’t that hard to get it reduced. But the second time it happened, it happened in less than five years. All odds were against me, we reset for two years and still I was going to get a DUI CONVICTION. The day of my pre-trial conference . He managed to reduce it to a reckless driving charge. The point I’m making is that, he will fight for you until literally the very end. You need this guy if you want to better your chances at fighting the injustice justice system. He’s extremely knowledgeable and thorough about what he does. He’s also very timely with response time and has an answer for every question and concern you may have. A Very professional individual. 5 stars is too low of a rating, he needs a googolplex stars.
