Before I even knew where to start, Elliott had taken care of it for me. I will always be thankful for the things he's done to help me and my family. You can't repay someone for the amount of humility, honesty and integrity Elliott shows throughout the whole experience. No matter the situation, there will be a very positive message of where you need to go. As well as a well guided path to get there!

My journey through the entire incident was long and arduous. I honestly couldn't see light at the end of the tunnel had it not been for Elliott. Really cool guy. Made sure I knew what was going on. I had gotten arrested for a dui and have them lots of incriminating evidence and he was still able to get it dropped to reckless driving. I had a couple people in court tell me I hired a really good lawyer. 10/10 would recommend

I don’t even know where to begin, I remember when I was looking for a dui attorney, I went on google and typed in best lawyer in Tampa for a dui and the first firm that popped up was mr Wilcox’s firm. I then read the reviews because I knew I needed a lot of help and someone who was really experienced to take my case because I already had a lawyer and he was afraid to take it because I was already on probation for a dui and I violated with a second dui. I was for sure I would be facing jail time. So I called mr Wilcox and then we met. I explained my case and he explained to me how severe it was but he was for sure he can handle it. I had a warrant out for my arrest because of the violation which we discussed. Then he said we have to take action despite of the warrant I listened to EVERYTHING he instructed me to do to avoid jail. On the day of court I was scared, I had no sleep the day prior all I could do was pray and trust God that I had I great lawyer. Court was tough because the judge wanted me to know how serious my situation was but then she looked and said you have a great lawyer! She revoked and reinstated my probation, mr Wilcox was able to reduce my dui to lower bal and I walked out with the minimum court fees! I thank God for Mr Wilcox because God knows how much I couldn’t go to jail at the time and because of him and mr wilcox I had no jail time and I have control of my life again. Mr Wilcox again I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your work and I hope God continues to bless you and take you far in your career because only special individuals can do what you do. Thank you.

Mr. Wilcox was very helpful and understanding during the whole process. I had a serious charge, but he helped to calm me down and reassure me everything was going to be alright. I had just moved here from Fort Lauderdale and got a D.U.I. in Pinellas County. It was my third outside of 10 years so I was facing BIG charges. After interviewing about five different lawyers through friend recommendations and fliers I was really worried. None of them made me feel comfortable and all were way over priced. I came across Elliott's packet he sent me and I was very impressed. His vast Knowledge of the process seemed impeccable. After our first meeting I knew it was all true. He listened to everything I was concerned with and fought for me every step of the way. He made me feel very comfortable and his fee was very reasonable and he let me finance it! He felt as I did that there was a "reasonable doubt" that I was not impaired and we could prove it in court. We asked for a non-jury trial and he came through with flying colors! NOT GUILTY!!!! He made the prosecution look like fools. Great trial lawyer! If you get a D.U.I. in the Tampa Bay Area and do not hire this man to be your lawyer you are doing yourself a big disservice. I would recommend Elliott Wilcox to EVERYONE I know!

Me. Wilcox was great! I’m so thankful for him and his knowledge. He got me into veterans court and everything worked out perfectly
