An absolute class act. I had the pleasure of working with Mr Cappy and his firm after an accident for which I was not at fault. I knew I needed to contact an attorney to help recover from my injuries but I was concerned that in doing so, I might lose the personal "touch" that I felt was necessary to recover at no cost to me. Mr Cappy and his team realigned my expectations - not only did they give me the unique personal attention I required, I could tell they cared greatly about my health and recovery. I would have been happy just to walk away healthy - and that I did - but through their hard work I was also able to obtain a generous but appropriate settlement from the insurance companies which will go a long way into protecting my future health. Mr Cappy and his team exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them. If you need help, they excel in providing it!!

If I could give more stars, I would. Ryan and his team have gone above and beyond all expectations. I was rear ended in 2019 and because of it developed severe pain and nerve issues. It has been a long road through recovery, but Ryan was able to get me the max compensation from my settlement. The team held my hand through the whole process and I can tell that he really cares about his clients. He wants the best and will work to get the best outcome! I highly recommend Ryan Cappy. The Rickman Law Firm is excellent. This was my first time ever using a law firm and I must say that my experience with their firm was amazing.
