Will Hanlon is an excellent Tampa Criminal Defense Attorney. To put it simply, he gave me my life back. I am the victim of domestic abuse. Verbally and physically. My marriage looked happy on the outside, but on the inside it was scary and emotionally and physically scarring. One evening I my husband almost killed me, the sheriff's office was called and I was too afraid to speak up, my husband lied to them and I ended up being arrested for domestic battery when I was the one who was beaten. I have never been arrested before, and I found myself in jail. Mr. Hanlon came to my defense and had me released on ROR. I met with him 2 days later and told him my story. He saw all of my injuries and IMMEDIATELY picked up the phone while I was in his office and called the prosecutor directly and went to bat for a beaten woman when no one else would. My charges were dropped only a few days later. He also helped me file an injunction against my husband which lasted months, he was there every step of the way, always picked up the phone, Kathy his paralegal is always kind and ready to answer questions. They are professional, do exactly as they say they will. At one point, Mr. Hanlon called me while he was admitted in the hospital. I don't know another attorney that would go above and beyond for his clients in that manner. I am so appreciative for him. I have hired them again to get my record expunged as I do not deserve to have anything negative about me on any public platform. If you need an attorney who will have your back and on top of that isn't afraid to back down, hire him. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars, because he and his team deserve them.
