Brett Berger was my attorney, and the entire experience from start to finish was made easy. More importantly, no matter what time of the day or night I reached out to Mr. Berger he responded immediately which is something I sincerely appreciated. Mr. Berger was honest and extremely knowledgeable regarding my particular case. As a prior attorney who worked on the other side for a large insurance company, Mr. Berger had the experience to negotiate with the insurance adjusters, insurance attorneys and hospital executives. Mr. Berger was able settle my case with a major hospital during covid, which wasn't an easy task since the court system was pretty much shut down. I also need to mention Mr. Berger's assistant: Amy, who was a tremendous help with my case. I would highly recommend Maney and Gordon and if you're fortunate to get Mr. Berger and Amy as your lawyer/assistant then you've already won your case.

I was involved in a bad car accident last year in June it was my first and I didn’t know who to turn to to help resolve my insurance claim. Then I ran into an ad online regarding Catania&Catania services and they were very helpful and time efficient. They kept me up to date on the status of my claim and was able to get me highly rewarding results within a moderate time frame. Overall I’m very pleased with the diligent service I received. 10/10 would recommend.

They never called back. I was highly recommended to them as they’ve helped friends of mine. But unfortunately after speaking with the secretary reassuring me they’d call me back, they never did. I have a case where someone hit my parked work vehicle and fortunately enough no one sustained injuries in the accident, unfortunately enough Catania and Catania don’t seem to care about accidents where people aren’t injured. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Very rude on the phone call

Caring for our disabled son was a years-long, difficult struggle; it took a great deal of love, resilience and patience. It also took a terrible toll on our finances. Dealing with the additional attempts to get him approved by the Social Security Administration further complicated our lives. At times we were overwhelmed. One day, and solely by a stroke of luck, we saw a commercial by Catania and Catania stating they assist with difficult Social Security cases. We called immediately and within moments were told they would accept our son’s claim and that we wouldn’t owe anything unless and until they won his case. We felt absolutely blessed and relieved. Thank you to the law firm and all staff members at Catania and Catania, especially Desiree and Madelyn who exhibited such patience with our case and our questions. You saw us through our fear, confusion and the fog of the legal system. We are forever grateful.
