Finally done with all this been going on for 3 years and at the beginning they bounced me all over to different attorney's. Since karla Henderson took over I got more answers than I did at the beginning.

Everyone that I dealt with in the office were always professional and friendly. The paralegal Karla always kept me update on my case.

I spoke with Jennifer about my social security disability, and she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was patient with all my questions and seemed to really care about me. I thank her very much!

I completely regret using this firm. It's been 4 years since my accident. I've now dealt with 3 different paralegals. None of them communicate amongst each other as they ask the same questions you've answered years ago. Each one made several promises and not a single one came through. They say they'll call you in a day that turns into months and even a year. I've given several chances before writing this review. Word of advice if you day you're going to respond to the client at a specific time, then do it! Don't ignore them & follow up with a quick status update if things don't resolve as planned. I understand that things can change but being ignored & lied to is ridiculous. Especially after you've been paid. Please save yourself the headache and seek professional advice from another firm.

Very disappointed to say the least. My husband children were involved in a near fatal commercial trucking accident a year ago. There were no witnesses and the truck driver LIED TO THE POLICE. Putting the accident blame on my husband. Catania refused the case based off of the police report from the truck drivers statement. I found another attorney who pulled the black box from our car AND OFF OF THE COMMERCIAL TRUCK..proving the accident was not my husbands fault and the driver lied!!!..now we have a multimillion dollar lawsuit and fdot is investigating the trucking company..great job not doing a good job catania!!! So much for fighting for the little guys..definitely wont refer them to anyone!!

Ashley was great to work with always there when I called, and always had and answer for any questions I asked her or would get the answer. She always would let me know where we were with my case. She was very professional and very friendly to me, always caring about my well being and how my doctors were treating me. In my opinion I think she is one of the best on the team.

From the beginning to the end, Catania and Cantania was there for me! Stacey took a crying moment phone call from and listened to it all with, no complaints, only compassion. At the end, Lisa had a warm voice with a wonderful personallity! James, was very professional and courtess. They made the day to day come back comforting. Thank you all!

I was very impressed with the quality of service and level of attention that the staff ( and mostly Stacey Heselton) have given to me and my case. This could have been a very stressful expirience but because of their effort and concern the whole process was smooth and efficiently handled. I have used this law firm before and for the most part "very satisfied". My first time was quite unfamiliar but was worth every step. The only reason I gave them four stars was because the communication was a little off (slow) at the beginning. I found myself reaching out to get information more than I think I should have when it came to getting updates. I am now back again utilizing this firm because they really came through for me the first time and I trusted them with all of my personal information. I will also add that they came HIGHLY recommended. I must say I am having a much better experience this go round. It could also be because I am now familiar with the process and know that it could be quite lengthy and I must have patience. Stacy was very helpful and informative. So I would like to thank her on prepping my demand packet. My case is still pending and so far so good. Now, we wait. If all goes well again this time I will definitely be back to change my 4 star rating to a 5.

I will say this firm really do try to do the best they can for their clients. My insurance company made everything as difficult as can be, but everything worked out in the end. If for any reason you feel like there is more that you would like to talk about with your case Paul is really there to talk to you and handle it.

Lucy is the best! She worked really hard on my case and got me a full settlement! You will always be my recommendation to anyone!
