One of the worst places to get your law suit settled I say these guys are crooks and if u go to them you will be victimized the worst law firm ever they prioritize your case from severity

I was rear ended and hurt my back in July. My case is still open, and I am in the middle of seeking a second opinion. Ashleigh has been extremely helpful through my process. She is very friendly and always gets back in touch with me almost immediately. I don't know where I would be without her hard work and dedication.

Stacy Heselton from Catania & Catania was my life savor. I was hit by a car, rear ended twice, by the same car I might add. This whole process is all new to me. In great deal of pain, my head was reeling I didn't know what to do next. I didn't even know how the process worked, what am I suppose to do next. I was having anxiety attacks. I called Stacey and here's what she told me. I don't want you to do anything but relax and heal, do not worry for that is there job, they will handle everything on their end. You have no idea how much peace of mind those few words spoken had given me. If I had any questions Stacy was quick to answer. them ,always reassuring and truly concerned on my recovery. Anytime I spoke with Stacy she was genuinely concerned on the progress of my recovery and always reminded me that my job was to heal, nothing more. I think I could do that. My case has now moved on into I guess you call it another phase and Stacy is no longer my go to person. I will truly miss her.The good news is the next lucky person who has the pleasure of getting Stacy assigned to them are truly blessed.

Thank you for all the support from the staff at Catania Catania. The attorney that settled my case this month did a great job keeping me informed on the talks with the insurance company and once settled Darelys helped to make sure I got the process closed while I was out of state on a family trip. Update to Review- Catania and Catania provided excellent representation for me and my family, and we received an appropriate settlement in regards to the accident we were injured from. My family and I were injured and Catania & Catania came through for me and my family. Their dealings with the other insurance company on our behalf has been such a stress relief. A special thank you is goes out to a very deserving Stacy Heselton the firm's paralegal and Suzanne Melli the firm's administrator for all their tremendous help and action in getting the other insurance company to respond. They are always available to answer my questions and I truly believe that they are working for me as this matter proceeds. I will update my review if anything changes as my case progresses.
