In his introductory meeting and in his welcome letter we were told, that “the real essence of lawyering is that of caring”. This might be true for layers who really care – and there are many, however, I personally had not the feeling that this is true for Mr. Zeller. We were told and have it in written that his firm would answer calls on a timely base. Fact is that you should be happy if you receive an answer at all.
But be cautious with those answers. We were told by his Associate that we can still travel to the US by our previous Visa Waiver if our E2-Visa would get denied. As this sounded funky we tried to reach Mr. Zeller over the phone but could never reach him. We then asked his Associate for a written confirmation. After receiving the confirmation email, we booked a flight to the US. Guess what – your Visa Waiver is no longer valid once an E2-Visa has been denied. So, another $1400 down the drain.
After proofing Mr. Zeller’s statement wrong, we were told by Mr. Zeller that he never gave that statement and his Associate simply made it up. However, asking Mr. Zeller for our loss of $1400 based on his Associate’s lie, we were told, that although this statement was definitely made by HIS employee, he (Mr. Zeller) does not feel like this would be his problem. After arguing back and forth he finally agreed to refund $1000 as a “courtesy”. A lawyer with a true work ethic would have apologized a thousand times and refund the full loss.

We hired Christian Zeller of Maney/Gordon/Zeller in September 2017. During the preliminary consultation we were told that even though it would be a somewhat difficult case, we had a chance for success using waivers available to erase the violations to immigration law. After waiting almost 7 months for the results of the FOIA request we filed, we were told that our case had no chance for success, and we had exhausted all paths to a possible solution. We were very disappointed and frustrated with the change of attitude regarding the analysis and conclusions derived from the FOIA, especially since were were lead to believe something else. During the 7 months of waiting, I sent periodic e mails to Mr. Zeller which he did not answer, except one which he did respond to. Since I live out of the country, I had to make expensive phone calls to provoke a response from any of the staff. I was completely exacerbated with the lack of attention we received from Mr. Zeller, especially since we paid a very high fee for the services we received. I recall the promise that Mr. Zeller made in his letter in which he accepted our case and promised to respond within 24 hours to any inquiry we had. My feelings regarding the handling of our case is that it was very low priority for the firm, and the chance of success was very slim and would require too much time and effort to produce any favourable results. To this day, we have not received a satisfactory explanation as to why we were given conflicting reasons regarding the chances for success.

I run a data recovery company and hired an exceptional data recovery engineer from New Zealand. Data recovery is a sectretive industry. DR companies spend large amounts of money in research and development. We had know idea how challenging the to the green card would be for an expert in this industry without a college degree.
My first experience with a lawyer with a simple H1B application was horrible. I received three phone calls and no paperwork was submitted and basically gave away $2500.00
Then I was recommended to Christian Zeller by my corporate attorney. Chris is very knowledgable and was able to provide my employee H1B immediately.
That is; however, where the real battle began and the tenasity of Chris and his team proved invaluable. We were able to prove the my employee did posess special knowledge and ability. We were shot down once and refilled accordingly.
At the time Chris was not an expert in data recovery but he is now. My employee and his family now have there green cards and are purchasing their first home.
I highly recommend Chris and his staff, you cannot go wrong with them!

Me and my family had a great experience with Maney , Gordon, Zeller P.A handling our immigration cases. In my opinion they are some the most knowledgeable and professional lawyers I have seen in the United States. They took our case after my mother had visited several other law firms that told us we didn’t have a case and that our best chance was to return to our home country. When Christian Zeller and his team took our case, he was very clear that our situation was complex and that it would take significant time, however, he believed they could help us and they promised they would do his best. Throughout the entire process, the follow-ups and updates were done promptly and without missing any deadlines for any of the filings we had to make. Whenever they provided us with instructions these were very clear, accurate, and in order. Additionally, if we ever needed anything or simply had questions about our cases he or anybody of his team were there for us .They absolutely follow through until each one of our individual cases were completed. My family and I now reside permanently here in the United States partly because of the great work that Maney , Gordon, Zeller P.A did for us. My best regards to Christian Zeller and his team.

Competent, but overpriced. You really feel like a number with him. Since I had a small immigration case, I was relegated to only dealing with paralegals which were competent, but not stellar. Once I hired him, he never talked, emailed or saw me again. Every time, I asked to talk or see him, a paralegal would call me back to deal with me.
He might treat his corporate clients better, but the firm is not worth the price for an individual's immigration case. I interviewed 4 lawyers and chose Maney, Gordon & Zeller because of the volume of my type of cases they handle per year. I would have had the same good results for 30% less with most other immigration firms. I regret paying this premium and being treat like a number.

The firm of Maney & Gordon came to us as a recommendation. We were very fortunate to have Christian and Liz assigned to us. They've been taking care of our immigration needs for many years now and can't imagine anybody else handling our case. They literally treat us like family. I don't just say that. For example, as with any legal endeavor, as air tight as it seems, there will always be a stumbling block. With clients like us who has everything riding on a positive outcome, panic sets in as if the world is coming to an end. This is where Christian and Liz become family. They spend the time talking us down and assuring us that they will be throwing everything at the stumbling block along with the kitchen sink if necessary. Extremely assuring where by the time the phone call concludes, we are feeling positive and at ease. This is something they don't have to do. Especially after a long day with a lot more on their plate than us. After all these years we learned to let Christian and Liz just do what they do best. Help families realize their dreams. Christian and Liz come very highly recommended. Anybody with immigration issues would be very fortunate to have these two in your corner! Thank you Christian and Liz!

My experience with Maney & Gordon, especially with Dr Christian Zeller, was excellent.
First of all, my case was complicated, and a lot of extra complications were happening during the course of the case. Initially, I consulted different attorneys but all of them ended up taking my money and did not resolve anything. None of them had the skills to fight my case.
When I met Mr. Zeller for the first time, he spoke to me with the truth, reality but also hope, of course. He took me to the court about three of four times because my case required it so. He always accompanied me with a great positive and trustworthy attitude.
Finally, what I was waiting almost 20 years to happen happened: I got my green card. Thank God and thanks so much to Christian Zeller and Maney & Gordon.
It took almost two years to get my case resolved due to the complications, but it was successfully resolved. Thank you Maney & Gordon, and a very special thank you to Christian Zeller

How often do you meet a person whom you feel you can trust completely ?
This has been the case with Christian Zeller.
He is extremely kind and really cared about finding the best solution for me.
I had many immigration questions, and he has been giving the best advise possible.
He is the type that will help you with a question even if he is on vacation in Europe.
Choosing his services for my situation was a very wise move.
