“We were told by his Associate that we can still travel to the US by our previous Visa Waiver if our E2-Visa would get denied. As this sounded funky we tried to reach Mr. Zeller over the phone but could never reach him. Guess what – your Visa Waiver is no longer valid once an E2-Visa has been denied. So, another $1400 down the drain.”
