My husband and I were victims of a "runaway trailer" that crashed into our car on the highway, causing considerable and long-lasting injuries and the complete loss of our car and contents. We originally hired a prominent, multi-state firm, mistakenly believing we would be well represented. Just the opposite - we were one client among many and treated as such. It was only after we contacted Brad Culpepper that we understood the value of an attorney, as he spent nearly an hour gathering facts and reassuring us that he could help, and subsequently was able to secure the maximum insurance payout in just a few months. His staff was attentive and responsive, explaining each step of the process. By the end, I felt that I had a new friend in Angie. I would never want to go through this again, but if we ever need an attorney in the future it would be Brad Culpepper.

I was in a car accident that was very traumatic and life changing. Brad Culpepper and specifically, Leah Womack, were the absolute best. Leah was the most patient, responsive, and compassionate person I could have hoped for. The Culpepper/Kurland law firm and entire legal team were extremely pleasant to deal with. During this time of chaos they were a very calming presence with the many calls I made with various questions.. Intial offers from Insurance companies were refused allowing the maximum return. I'm choosing to write my review on Thanksgiving because when I was thinking about the things I'm thankful for this year, Brad Culpepper and his team came to mind. I was in a life changing freak accident about two and a half years ago. I never could have imagined the chaos that would ensue my life. I didn't realize that the day I chose my attorney, that they would become like family. No one can prepare you for the things and people you will lose during the time it takes for your case to end... but Brad and his team never left. Despite how miserable I was at times, he never stopped answering my late night texts- anxious for answers that I had to wait for, through devastating setbacks; all the ups and downs he was my constant. I'm so grateful for him never giving up on me, never making me feel dramatic or crazy, and he really listened to me when trying to decide what was best for me overall. I highly suggest him and his team- I'm very happy with the results of my case- as happy as you can be at least when your life has changed forever and the only thing that could make it ok is a time machine. They worked diligently crossing every T and dotting every I. Even when all I had left to do was sign on the dotted line, Brad and his paralegal Amy (she's amazing) still found another part of my case that most attorneys I feel like would have missed- so even as I write this- they are still fighting for me! Again, I'm so thankful to the Culpepper team and all they have done and are continuing to do for me!

Brad and CK Firm were great. Their entire legal team were very easy and pleasant to deal with. Great experience overall with an even better result for my case. Turned down initial offer and ended up walking out the door with triple where we started! Hope I never have to call a PI attorney again, but if I do, CK all the way.

He did not work for me. In 2 years I spoke to him 2 times. He is not a litigator and only wants cases that he does not have to work for. He never deposed any witnesses to my slip and fall. It was a case that would take some effort and he could not go the distance. Do not trust this man, unless you want a quick settlement for what he can get. Do not let his commercials fool you. He does not care about you or your family!
