It's been almost 3 years and we are getting the brush off from them with REAL injuries. They won't even take it to litigation knowing the other insurance company is low balling us with 2k-3k. Let's hope I can change this review.

Friendly, helpful staff. They take the time to explain what is happening and what to expect. Very professional and courteous. A big help at the very start was Lisa explaining the steps to come and who would be handling each aspect. Lucy very nicely wrapped it all up and the settlement is expected shortly. ………..: 4 months later, my wife’s portion of the case has been settled. I know Lisa Keeler went back and forth with the insurance company and attained a settlement higher than we originally agreed to. Lucy Bermudez communicated with the hospital, all the companies involved with the medical service received and was successful in getting the bills lowered. As usual, a great job by all.
