My experience with Amir left me feeling so much more at ease after an unexpected conflict. His understanding of the law and application shows a depth of character and honesty. Previous dealings with lawyers left me feeling like I was being talked down to rather that respectfully as a client. Ran into a situation where I needed a pretty quick turnaround. Got in contact with Amir and his team - they were QUICK to follow up, understand the details and react. Had a conference scheduled and the attorney was a no show then called me the next day telling me it was rescheduled but nobody communicated that with me. When I asked about it she said “well I wasn’t in office, so it’s fine” If the first impression is already unprofessional, I will most definitely pass

They ended up taking my case and doing the minimum but their customer service and follow ups were non existent. I only found out the case was done through the company they sued for me. I always had to call them and felt that my case was never a big priority to them at any point. This whole law firm felt like it was just a second job from everyone I spoke with. Edit: This is still the way I feel about how my case was handled, I have changed it to 4 stars because it still was completed with a favorable outcome. Customer service is important though, After speaking with Amir it seems he understands that. I hope that helps change something.

Agnes was very helpful with and very knowledgeable in her field. Very friendly and never felt rushed. She took the time to understand my case and was very helpful.

RUN!! simply RUN!! WORST FIRM EVER!. First I had an attorney for my divorce case called Carl, (under my METLIFE legal plan), communication was terrible, impossible to get hold of him, no response to phone calls no emails. Carl left the firm and the firm never informed me he was gone, after weeks of trying to contact any of them, someone answers that he left the firm and Amir the owner will take over the case. Then another attorney Nichelle Womble took over after Amir, again one of the worst, They would send me same discoveries from the opposing counsel and charge me twice for it. Everything I asked for, they didn't do any of it. Nichelle always found ways to make excuses on why we can't file another motion or request a deposition or request correct discoveries like bank statements. It's as if she was serving my husband not me!! I had 86 mins left on my coverage and they already asked for a new retainer fee to continue to do anything in the case. After considering the fact that they were terrible, I decided to discharge them as my attorney. I sent them an email to ask them to withdraw, then Nichelle had the audacity to file a motion to withdraw saying that they decided to withdraw because I awe them money when I still had 86 mins left in my coverage and when IAM the one who discharged them and didn't want their representation anymore. They literally wasted my time, charged me double the time for forwarding me discoveries they already emailed me before. SO really RUN! I would give them -VE stars if I could. Terrible service and zero integrity

In going through a divorce, I felt the best way to ensure things were handled properly was to obtain an attorney. In working with my 1st attorney (Carl H.), I felt he wasn't really on top of my case. Once he left the firm and I began working closely with Nichelle; she was nothing shy of amazing! She was extra informative and patient. Going forward, I will be going to Nichelle for any of my attorney needs.
