Emel is absolutely amazing! She is so professional and kind and really knows what she’s talking about. She made the entire process so smooth. We tried to start the green card process by ourselves and it was so stressful. After handing our case over to Emel we were finally able to breathe and were very relaxed through it all. Mrs. Ersan is an amazing immigration attorney. Although as I am writing this review, this is just the beginning of mine and my husband's journey. I will let you know what we have experienced so far. I will definitely update my review after our immigration journey comes to an end. From the beginning, my husband and I knew our case will be more difficult than others. I was so thankful when Mrs. Ersan agreed to take on our case. Prior to Mrs. Ersan, I met with another attorney, who worked on my brother's case. He messed up so many times on my brother's case, that I knew he wasn't the right one for my husband and I. After meeting with Mrs. Ersan, I had so much confidence in her that she is the greatest immigration attorney in the US. She has helped so many people with their journey, that she knows exactly what is needed to help win your case. One thing I love about Mrs. Ersan is that she doesn't sugarcoat anything. She will tell you up front exactly what is needed, and it is our job to make sure we get exactly what she needs, so that she can help us win our case. I am a person with so many questions. Each time I call her office, her assistant answers the phone. Her assistant Abe, is extremely polite whenever I call in. I never feel rushed whenever I call, and if he doesn't have an answer to my questions, he always responds back quickly with the answer. There are times when I call the office and it goes to voicemail. Even if I don't leave a message, I always get a call back within an hour or so. After my husband and I agreed to work with Mrs. Ersan, she went overseas for a few weeks. I am beyond grateful to have an attorney who responds to our emails (within the same day) while she is in another time zone. Even when Mrs. Ersan is in town, she responds to our emails even on the weekends. I love how dedicated she is to her profession. As for pricing goes, I cannot really say whether her prices are on the high side or the low side for immigration cases. For my husband and I, we thought her price was extremely reasonable. To be honest, what's more important to us is being able to spend the rest of our lives together vs. how much it's going to cost us. All in all, if you're looking for the greatest immigration attorney to help with your case, please do not hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Ersan. She is the kindest, hardest working, most dedicated immigration attorney who will win your case.
