Can be rude and abrupt in communication
“No scheduler or assistant!! she kept interrupting me in the first 30 seconds of my phone telling me that she is busy and want to know what I want. I told her that I am trying to speak but you are not listening and she kept telling in a very rude way "I am a Lawyer and too busy".”

“She told us we didn't have to file the I-485 for the stepson since his info was on my wife's 485. Wrong! We went to USCIS and the window agent was shocked that the attorney didn't tell us and didn't know we needed a separate 485 for the kid.”
